THE DRAGON’S TAIL: STORIES FROM LLYN
BBC (5 x 30 minutes)

The Llyn Peninsula is known as the dragon’s tail because of its chain of rugged hills. Hauntingly beautiful, the peninsula is a place where battles which have been lost in other parts of Wales are still being fought, battles about language, culture and society. The series looks at modern life on Llyn, from a fisherman who now makes a living taking tourists on boat trips around Bardsey Island, to young people struggling to make a living in Abersoch, the surfing capital of North Wales.
